The KPI Institute Consulting piloted a Strategic Planning Roadmap with the purpose of defining the core Strategic priorities for the organization, assessing required technical and behavioral competencies required for the achievement of the aforementioned strategic priorities.
CBC is the leading provider of information, analytical tools and credit reporting services to organizations and consumers in the Kingdom of Cambodia. CBC assists customers in managing the risk and reward of commercial and financial decisions via the use of comprehensive suite of credit reporting tools, fostering an understanding of individuals, markets and the Cambodian economy.
Approach
2 main stages were created for making possible the transformational change the client was looking for.
The first phase of the project was dedicated to assessing the external Cambodian macroenvironment via the application of scanning techniques such as PESTEL, SWOT Analysis and TOWS-Matrix.
The insights generated from the scanning analysis, allowed us to identify throughout phase two, potential market opportunities along with industry-related threats. Both opportunities and threats have been respectively tackled and analyzed with the purpose of generating Strategic Objectives, KPIs and initiatives.
