Approach

2 main stages were created for making possible the transformational change the client was looking for.

The first phase of the project was dedicated to aligning expectations and disseminating the technical methodology among all the senior Managers at FGV – providing a clear guideline to be used in the incoming Balanced Scorecard Workshop. A Q&A session was organized at the end of the 4 hours awareness session.
Subsequently, with the second and final stage, all FGV Senior Management, under the guidance of a TKI Consultant, have been invited to share their insights related to the most suitable Strategic Objectives for the performance cycle 2024, in alignment with the current 5 Years Strategic Plan. Long Term and Short Term Objectives have been identified at Corporate (FGV) Level along with a series of KPIs used for measurement purposes.

KPI Balancing, Value Flow Analysis and Strategic Objective-KPI Alignment techniques have been utilized to facilitate the identification of the Corporate Scorecard aligned with the Group CEO’s Scorecard.
