The KPI Institute Consulting reviewed and recalibrated the existing Employee Performance Management System. We enhanced the Performance Architecture by integrating the Agile Methodology. The project also covered a consistent component of stakeholder education and engagement, with workshops meant to develop the capabilities and deliver induction on using them.
Established in 1998, the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission is entrusted with promoting and overseeing the communications and multimedia industry in Malaysia. We got to know each other in 2019 when invited to support the capabilities in terms of Employee Performance Management. Inherently, due consideration was paid to the Performance Bonus Schemes.
On the other hand, we provided the client with a recruitment dashboard, comprised of outcomes, outputs, processes, and inputs. For this reason, there were submitted proposals for KPIs related to cost management, employee planning, staff retention, as well as strategic skills coverage. With a research background, the client received an expo of operational KPIs based on the industry`s best practices and standards.
Last but not least, we created the reporting instruments for a standardized approach. Due to streamlining rationale, The KPI Institute also developed the specifications for automating the performance-related toolkit. In this manner, we also delivered the technology enablers for increasing the added value of the newly-created capabilities.
