The KPI Institute Consulting designed and developed a Performance Architecture based on the Balanced Scorecard Management System. We built the capabilities at the corporate and departmental levels. Moving forward, learning sessions were organized to develop performance-related skills and competencies.
Established in 2008, Mobile Telecommunication Company Saudi Arabia provides services in telecommunications, digital payments, cloud computing, IoT solutions, fiber services, and drones. They invited us in 2019 to create a Performance Management System. For this reason, after we built the organizational capabilities we cascaded them to 14 departments.
Moving forward, we facilitated the workshop for creating the Performance Architecture at the corporate level. The Strategy Team received guidance on developing and properly using the toolkits related to the Balanced Scorecard Management System. We refined their inputs and directed them toward creating the critical components of the Performance Management System
The project then focused on aligning the system to the departmental levels. Within this stage, we ensure that the same instruments creating at the corporate level were replicated when it comes to objectives. Thereby, the corporate objectives were cascaded according to the departmental functions, with support objectives added when applicable.
Before closing the project, we gathered the stakeholder feedback and made the final adjustments to the outputs. In this way, we made sure to integrate and amend according to their contribution, in a fully standardized manner.
