The KPI Institute Consulting designed and implemented a Performance Architecture. We assisted the client in understanding how to deploy and operationalize the Balanced Scorecard Management System. At the same time, the strategy was revised, the KPIs audited, and alignment facilitated alongside the organization.
Established in 1994, Oman Liquefied Natural Gas LLC produces and sells Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) and its by-product, Natural Gas Liquids (NGL). We got to know each other in 2019 when invited to enhance their performance capabilities. In this way, the client was assisted in cascading them at the departmental level.
The first stage was dedicated to upskilling the human capital. For this reason, we delivered intensive stakeholder education sessions, to develop the in-house expertise for effectively operating the incoming performance-related capabilities. The learning process was completed both at the corporate and departmental levels.
The project continued by revising both the organizational identity and the strategy. Then we updated the strategic objectives, selected new KPIs, as well as initiatives during dedicated workshops. At this moment, the Performance Architecture was breveted at the corporate level.
During the third stage, we aligned the Performance Management System at the departmental level. The strategic objectives were cascaded from the corporate strategy, with support objectives added when applicable. We used the technique of the workshop to align bases on the stakeholders` inputs.
