The KPI Institute Consulting implemented a Performance Architecture. In this way, we designed and developed the performance-related capabilities at the corporate level, then cascaded them to the departmental and individuals levels. Additionally, a Performance Management Maturity Audit was conducted, to determine the maturity level and identify the areas to be improved.
Established in 2009, Synergetic Energy Partners Co. Limited provides services in Engineering, Procurement & Construction Management (ECPM). We met them in 2020 when invited to develop their capabilities when it comes to Performance Management. Due consideration was paid to the Quality Project Management Team, as well as when it comes to Financial Management.
It was then the time to conduct the Performance Management Audit, with the purpose to determine the maturity level. In this manner, based on the current state, we got to know the starting point, and what issues we are to be tackled. A recommendations proposal was inherently submitted according to our performance excellence guidelines.
The assignment continued with the learning sessions dedicated to Performance Management, thus securing the essential skills and competencies. Moving forward, the key stakeholders were involved in developing the Performance Architecture during dedicated workshops. The approach debuted with the corporate level, then replicated to the departmental and individuals ones.
Having the system in place, we moved forward to map the initiatives for attaining the objectives. The client was then assisted in creating the governance in terms of Initiative Management. At the same time, we prepared the training plans for the designated project teams, also developing the toolkits for Risk Management.
With the project coming to an end, we assisted the client in developing a Change Management Plan. In this manner, after a prior assessment, the Change Management Process was mapped, accompanied by a set of metrics and indicators. Finally, we also targeted technology enablers, preparing the technical and non-technical requirements, and analyzed the marketed solutions against the identified needs.
